πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’ΌWorkshop Module

This module contains tools for brainstorming and ideation.

Why Workshops

One of the frequent use cases of our platform is running various workshops: from brainstorming and prioritisation to co-design and feedback sessions.

The main tool for those workshop is a whiteboard with post-it notes to write down ideas or suggestions and coloured dots to vote for the best of them afterwards. These are the artifacts that form the Workshop Module.

Workshop Artifacts

Post-it Notes

Notes come in many colours (if you only need some, you can configure the Place of your experience to limit the colours).

A Note is a special kind of an artifact: it can be picked up by anyone as all other grabbable artifact, but unlike them, Note doesn’t fall on the floor or on the table. It floats in the space. This behavour allows for three-dimensional brainstorming and different kinds of β€˜playing cards’ workshop mechanics.

For usual two-dimensional brainstorming sessions, the Slide Screen can be used as a background with brainstorming canvas put on it.

If your headset support voice input, it will also be available for the Notes.

Dots

Dots are similar to Notes: they come in several colours, and they float once released.

The difference is that Dots are very small, about a size of a thumb. Being so small, they are ideal to be put on or next to Post-It notes.
